From the moment you arrive, every aspect of the home has been designed to work in harmony with the architecture. Secure entrance gates, intelligent security, CCTV and discreet sensors provide reassurance without interrupting the clean lines of the HUF HAUS design.
Electric vehicle charging can be scheduled to take advantage of off-peak energy tariffs, while external window treatments respond automatically to changing weather conditions, working in harmony with the climate system to maintain comfort throughout the day.
Every detail has been integrated from the outset, allowing the architecture to remain the focus while the technology quietly supports everyday living.
Shaping architecture with light
The dramatic timber frame, soaring ceilings and walls of glazing create a home that changes character throughout the day. Rather than competing with the architecture, the lighting has been designed to reveal it.
As daylight shifts, intelligent lighting and bespoke window treatments respond automatically to changing conditions, balancing natural light, reducing glare and maintaining comfort throughout the home.
As evening falls, the atmosphere changes once again. Light gently draws attention to the exposed timber structure, bespoke joinery and artwork, creating warmth, depth and a series of inviting spaces while preserving the openness that defines the HUF HAUS design.
Tailored lighting scenes support the rhythm of everyday life, from preparing meals and entertaining guests to quieter evenings spent reading or relaxing. Elegant control keypads positioned throughout the home provide intuitive control, while automation allows each space to adapt naturally as the day unfolds.

Designed with the same attention to detail as the interior, the garden becomes an extension of the home's living spaces. Layered lighting guides the way from the house to the terrace, softly illuminating pathways, trees and architectural features, while discreet outdoor speakers allow music to follow naturally from one outdoor space to the next.

In the warmer months, the living space extends outdoors.
