Every plan includes detailed monthly performance reports, giving you clarity and confidence in how your systems are running. As you move through the tiers, additional privileges such as emergency call-outs, faster response times, and unlimited remote support provide even greater reassurance. All members also enjoy exclusive benefits, including preferential pricing on upgrades and future equipment purchases.

Cinema Concierge Cover

Ensuring Every Screening Feels Like Opening Night

Your Home Cinema is the unique combination of design and technology. Expertly installed to deliver experiences you won’t get anywhere else. Given that your room is so bespoke, it can only be a benefit to have bespoke aftercare.

Along with our 3 Butler Harwell Concierge Plan tiers, we also offer Supplementary, or Independent Cinema Concierge Cover, dedicated to the wellbeing of your carefully crafted Home Cinema.

Over time the equipment needs specialised cleaning, adjusting and re-aligning to maintain their performance and extend the products lifespan.

Additionally, optional Audio & Video calibration is offered. Cost and frequency is dependant on brand and can be advised on request.

Terms and Conditions

The Small Details Matter

To give you complete clarity, we’ve highlighted the key details of your BUTLER HARWELL CONCIERGE PLAN and CINEMA CONCIERGE COVER. These are designed to reassure you that everything is taken care of, while keeping things simple and transparent. Further information can be provided on request and will be clearly detailed in your contract.

On-Boarding Fee: This may be reduced or waived if Butler Harwell carried out your original installation. For non-Butler Harwell systems, a new router may also be required at additional cost.

Inclusive Call-Outs: Your plan includes a set number of call-outs. Once these are used, any further visits will still be discounted in line with your membership tier.

Remote Support Response Times:

– Foundation: available if access is possible, not prioritised

– Premier: scheduled as soon as possible

– Enhanced & Elite: priority support within one hour

On-Site Support: For Foundation, attendance is subject to engineer availability. Higher tiers enjoy priority booking.

Exclusions: Sonos, Apple products, televisions, and other commodity items are capped at a maximum 5% discount.

Remote Diagnosis: Wherever possible, we will diagnose and resolve issues remotely before arranging site visits to minimise disruption and cost.

Travel Cover: Call-outs include up to 60 minutes of travel each way from one of our offices. Additional costs may apply for longer distances.

New Installation Discount: When Concierge Cinema Cover is taken at the time of installation, the first year’s fee is reduced.

All prices exclude VAT. CCTV and alarm monitoring are not included. Subscription services required for certain functions are not covered. If cover is not renewed, any remote monitoring will be disconnected. Full terms and conditions are available on request.
