The most critical part of the integration process. We develop a clear roadmap, defining scope, timelines and budget, so you and your team have full visibility from the outset. This feedback stage allows all responsible parties involved to review the project critically for us to streamline the installation.
Design & feasibility review

The design is refined and tested in detail, ensuring every element is practical and fully coordinated. Through drawings, 3D models and CGI renders, we bring the scheme to life, giving you complete confidence before installation begins.

With the design agreed, we source the most suitable technology from industry-leading brand partners, ensuring exceptional quality, reliability and delivery aligned with the wider project design.

Installation
Our CEDIA-trained engineers, electricians and specialist partners deliver each system with meticulous precision. With cable infrastructure pre-built off site, we reduce time on property and maintain a controlled, efficient installation.

Aftercare
Our dedicated Concierge department offers a tailored service, managing the complexity of your technology and maintaining peak performance. Through regular remote monitoring and scheduled visits, we optimise, update and adapt your system as your needs evolve, ensuring your system performs exactly as intended over time.
